1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds apply only to prepaid virtual consultation fees under these conditions:

  • Pre-Consultation Cancellations:

  • No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours notice = no refund. We reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee for repeated no-shows.

  • Within 2 Hours of Booking: Full refund if the consultation hasn’t been confirmed or started.

  • Technical Issues: Full refund if we cannot deliver the service due to our platform failure (e.g., video outage on our end). Refunds for your internet/device issues are not available.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consultations (even if unsatisfied—contact us to discuss rescheduling).

  • Prescriptions, reports, or digital downloads.

  • Packages or memberships (pro-rated only if service ends early due to our fault).

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@cheryl.telehealthpractices.com with:

    • Booking confirmation number.

    • Reason for request.

    • Original payment details.

  2. We’ll review within 48 hours and notify you of approval/denial.

  3. Approved refunds exclude processing fees (e.g., 3% Stripe fee).

4. Disputes

  • We encourage resolving issues directly. If needed, contact your payment provider.

  • This policy complies with US laws; no refunds for buyer’s remorse.
