No Guarantee of Outcomes: Information provided during consultations is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All decisions regarding your health are yours, in consultation with qualified providers.
Scheduling and Payments: Bookings are subject to availability. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy. Cancellations require 24-hour notice; no-shows forfeit payment.
Prescriptions and Referrals: Prescriptions, if issued, comply with state and federal laws. We do not guarantee refills or controlled substances.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate medical history, symptoms, and information during consultations.
Ensure a private, secure environment for virtual sessions with reliable internet and devices.
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and report any breaches immediately.
Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to controlled substances.

4. Privacy and HIPAA

Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy, which details data handling.
